ESTATE PLANNING PROCESS
After completing an initial phone consultation the following steps will take place.
DESIGN SESSION(S)

Make an appointment for a Design Session to meet with the attorney and arrange the details of your estate plan.

Complete and return our Design Session form at least 5 business days prior to your appointment.

One or two Design Sessions may be required. 1- 2 hours per Session.

During Estate Plan Development you may contact us any time with questions.
SIGNING SESSION

Signing estate plan documents scheduled 6 - 8 weeks from Design completion.

Signing Session completes and executes your Estate Plan.

A notary and two witnesses are provided for your Signing.
OPTIONAL FAMILY MEETING
For a Trust, after the Signing Session, you may schedule a meeting to include your appointed fiduciaries.
These are the persons, maybe family members, who have accepted support roles for you.
This meeting only occurs if you so choose. Its focus is responsibilities, not estate plan specifics.
