PAULA WALKER,
Attorney at Law
As the Principal of The Confluence Law Center and Attorney‑at‑law, Paula is dedicated to providing you the guidance you need to make some of your life’s most important and intimate decisions.
Graduating from Lewis and Clark Law School, Paula founded Confluence Law Center as an estate planning practice in the small village of Welches, Oregon in the foothills of Mt. Hood in 2018. To serve a growing clientele, she opened a second office in Happy Valley in 2021.
Paula drafts estate plans that are customized to fulfill your intentions. Paula works with compassion, understanding, and a sensitivity that listens open‑heartedly to you, the individual(s) that you are; attending to that which makes you singularly you in the midst of many.
ROBERT WALKER,
Attorney at Law
Robert is an Oregon native who grew up in Hoodland. He is admitted to the State Bar of Oregon and a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association. He graduated from University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law. He brings to law extensive business experience.
He is a fluent Russian speaker. He follows in Paula’s footsteps as the second generation of Walkers working at Confluence Law Center. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, and traveling.
