WILLS

Leaving those who follow the knowledge they need to receive your benefits.

No one should die “intestate”. Intestate, a word you may have heard, or a situation you may have had to work through if a close family member passed away without a will, i.e. died intestate. It indicates that a person has passed away without a will and as a result their possessions are the state’s responsibility to distribute according to the state’s law of intestacy succession; that is the hierarchy by which the state determines who is to receive the deceased’s property. This may not produce the results you desire or that are to your liking.

Consult with Confluence Law Center to help you in preparing a will that serves your needs and protects what you have leave to others so that it is distributed according to your wishes.
