At your complete discretion, you may schedule a meting to include your family member, executors, trustees, agents and beneficiaries so that Confluence Law Center can help you educate them about your plan, why it is designed the way it is, and their roles. This meeting only occurs if you so choose. Specific financial information is not revealed during this process, again, unless you so choose.
Follow Up Support
Follow up questions, after the signing are welcome. Confluence Law Center provides you the support you need as you asimilate the details of your plan.
In the first three months after signing, should you have changes you want to make to your estate planning documents, Confluence Law Center will make those revisions without legal fees. Confluence Law Center wants you to have the time you need to thoroughly review your estate plan, ask further questions and determine if there are any final changes you need to take to ensure that everything is correct according to your intended outcome.
- After you have reviewed your Estate Plan draft, we will schedule a meeting to finalize and sign your documents.
- A notary and two witnesses will attend the portion of the signing session where there signatures are needed.
